Every limit and checkmark here is pulled from the system's own live entitlement rules, so this table can't drift from what it actually enforces.

The fee is one-time and covers setup on your server, network or PC. Moving up a tier reissues the licence — nothing is reinstalled.

Pricing questions

What the fee does and doesn't cover.

Is there anything to pay after the licence?

No recurring licence fee. The one-time figure covers setup on your server, network or PC. You only pay again if you add a station (KES 5,000), unlock an add-on, or move up a tier — and moving up reissues the licence rather than reinstalling anything.

What counts as a station?

One physical till or computer signed into the system. Each tier includes a set number, and extras are KES 5,000 each on any tier — so you can add one till at a time instead of buying a tier upgrade you don't need yet.

Can I start on Basic and move up later?

Yes, and it's the usual path. Moving up reissues the licence and the new modules switch on in place. Your data, staff accounts and history stay exactly as they are.

Why is eTIMS priced on request?

Because KRA integration depends on your VAT status, your document volume and what the control unit has to sit on. We'd rather quote the real figure than publish one that changes on the call.

Does the price include hardware?

No — the licence is software only. We supply and configure the till screen, mini PC, thermal printer, scanner and A4 printer separately, quoted for what your counter actually needs. See the hardware page.

See it running on your own products.
