New — remote access
Own the shop without standing behind the counter.
Today's sales, profit, stock and staff activity on your phone — from across town or overseas. There's no app to install: you open a link and sign in.
Setup
The whole install is one code into Settings.
Turning on off-site access used to need a technician on site, a router login and a static IP. Now you paste a single code into Settings and the system builds the tunnel itself.
- Nothing to install on the phone — it opens in the browser
- No router ports opened and no static IP to rent
- The tunnel runs over Cloudflare, so the shop's address is never exposed
# Paste the code we send you, then press Enable.
token "nt-remote-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
mode "observer" # view-only, or full
expire 0 # 0 = until you revoke it
// the code is issued per shop and can be revoked from the same screen
What you get on the phone
Nine screens that answer the questions you actually ask.
Today's numbers, from anywhere
Sales, profit, stock on hand and what your staff have been doing — the whole picture, wherever you are.
Open when the shop isn't
Closed for the night? The dashboard opens with your last figures, and the last 30 days of documents are saved on the phone to open in full.
Your whole stock list, in your pocket
Every item and what's on hand, totalled across locations — searchable by name, code or category when a customer rings about a part.
Every sale, invoice and quote, in one list
Receipts, invoices and quotations side by side, newest first, each marked Paid, Unpaid or Partial. Tap any row and the document itself opens. Quotations are shown but never counted.
What you bought, and what's still owed
Every purchase in the period with its supplier, total and whether it's Paid, Partial or Unpaid. Tap one for its lines and buying prices; the card totals what's still owed to suppliers.
Every stock adjustment, with its reason
What changed, by how much, what it was before and after, the reason, and who made it. This is the card that answers why the count is short.
See who did what
A full activity log of every action on the system, searchable by staff member. Know what happened while you were away.
Cancel a receipt properly
Rung up the same sale twice? Reverse it in one step. Stock goes back, the books correct themselves, and the receipt stays on record marked VOID with who cancelled it, when and why.
Decide who sees, and who sells
Give a co-owner or accountant view-only access — their account opens the dashboard and nothing else. Separately, choose which payment methods appear on the register, keeping credit sales in invoicing where balances are tracked.
